Vienna, Austria, Hotel & Airport Transfer

Please read these frequently asked questions before you make a booking!

 

- What happens when I make a reservation for a Vienna airport transfer?

 Once you complete your ViennaTransfer booking, the details of the bookings will be sent automaticly to our representatives, who will make the appropriate arrangements as per request.

- What does the price include?

 A single transfer price will include a single taxi journey, either from your arrival Vienna airport to your accomodation or from your accomodation to your departure airport. A round trip Vienna hotel transfer includes both the arrival and departure transfer from airport to accomodation upon arrival and from accomodation to airport on departure.

- Do infants count?

 Infants and children do count as one person as they take up a seat belt place. We recommend parents to take their own child seats to ensure adequate safety. Most airlines do not charge for the carriage of child seats and pushchairs.

- How do I find my driver upon arrival?

  As stated in your confirmation e-mail the driver will be waiting for you at the arrival with a board in his hand with your name on it! Please help him finding by try to looking for him as soon as you leave the transit area. If for any reason you cannot find your driver upon arrival(highly unusual), then call our Hotline listed on your booking confirmation, where our representatives will be more than happy to assist you!

- How do I find my driver on departure?

 Please do not expect the same driver who brought to the hotel from the Vienna airport, most likely it will be a different one.

 - How long does the transfer take?

 Vienna limo or shuttle transfers from/to the Pest side takes usually 30-45minutes on a normal day. These times may alter slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works, jams, accidents affect the direct route of the journey. Of course we will try to notify you if we have to pick you up earlier than we planned originally. If your pick-up time is between 8AM-10AM or 5PM-7PM please count on a longer journey!

- How many luggages can I take with?

 Most of our cars are able to accomodate a siutcase and piece of hand luggage per person. Of course on request we can send you a station wagon instead of a standard car for the same price if you have more luggage, just let us know in advance.

 - What happens if I need to change my transfer details?

 For free of charge you are able to change your VIE airport transfer details up to 24hours prior to your desired  pickup time, but changes only accepted through e-mail.

- What happens if my flight is late?

 If you booked a one-way journey only, an 1 hour waiting is included in the price, if you booked a retour transfer the driver will wait two hours from the original landed time. In both cases please help our job by notify us on our Hotline as soon as you find out any delay, you may get to know of in advance.

- What happens if I cancel my holiday/transfer?

 You may cancel your booking at any time and cancellation charges may apply. Our cancellation policy can be found on the "cancellation policy" section of the website.

- Insurance?

 ViennaTransfer.com do not hold public liability and luggage insurance. We do however recommend that you hold a valid insurance policy for the duration of your trip. 

- Last minute transfer bookings?

 Last minute transfer bookings are possible, but not guaranteed. Please call our Hotline, and we'll try to do our best...
