Terms & Conditions Please read these Terms and Conditions for purchase of the service before making any booking, as they contain important infromation about your rights and obligations!
1. Introduction
1.a Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any services from ViennaTransfer(further on „VT”, „we” or „us”). With marking the „I have read and agreed the Terms and Conditions” at the third step by the booking procedure, you agree to be legally bound these Terms and Conditions as they maybe modified and posted on our website from time to time.
1.b By ordering any services from our website, you agree to be legally bound these Terms and Conditions of use as they apply to your order. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services supplied by us to you and we agree that these are the only conditions that will apply.
1.c If you do not wish to be bound these Terms and Conditions then regrettably you may not order any services from our website.
2. Nature of our website
2.a Our web site is a place for you to select and order a Vienna transfer service to
take you from the Vienna airport to your Vienna hotel/from your Vienna hotel to the Vienna airport. Or when choosing to book a Vienna sightseeing tour you’ll be able to order trips with in or outside of Vienna. If you’re looking for a transfer to the countryside or abroad, click the link on the main page.
2.b Please note that the contents of our web site are aimed only at users aged 18 and above, and you must be 18 years or over to purchase the service, using the payment method displayed on our web site.
3. Ordering
3.a To order a service you must follow the ordering procedures set out on our order page of our web site. All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of your departure excluding limousine service, for this we need 2-3 weeks advance notice.
3.b ViennaTransfer is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means ("Confirmation") to the e-mail address you have given us on ordering. Subject to clauses the order will then be fulfilled on the date set out in the Confirmation.
3.d You promise to us that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the service will be correct, and in case if you choose to pay by credit or debit card which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the service. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with the service. If validation cannot be obtained, we reserve the right to cancel the Confirmation and the service will not be performed. We will advise you as soon as possible to the e-mail address you have given us if we have to cancel the service you have booked.
4. Prices and Payment
4.a Details of our prices for the service, and the procedures for payment and delivery is displayed on our website. The price of any service is the price displayed on our website at the date and time of your order. We may change the price of any service on our website before you place an order. We try to ensure that our prices displayed on our web site are accurate but the price on your order will need to be validated by us as part of the acceptance procedure (see clause 3.2 above). We will inform you if a service's correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the service at the correct price. If you cancel the order, we will refund all monies you may have paid.
4.b Prices quoted are per vehicle. Each passenger is entitled to carry with them one standard suitcase or holdall and one piece of hand luggage of a similar size as allowed by airlines. Further luggage may be carried at the discretion of the taxi driver but please note that this may be subject to a further charge for which you will be liable at the time. Please contact us prior to travel if you are travelling with golf clubs, surf boards or any other exceptional item as a larger vehicle size may be required.
4.c You must give us your credit card details as a guarantee for your order, we do not charge it at the time of the booking. In all cases you'll pay to the driver by cash with using Euro or by credit card. You have the chance to pay for the service in advance, in this case please contact us.
5. Performance
5.a We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your taxi collects you from your collection point at the time set out in your Confirmation. However, we will not be liable for any loss or costs you suffer or incur through any reasonable or unavoidable delays and it is your responsibility to ensure that you book the taxi to collect you in time. We will not be responsible for any losses you suffer (including for example any missed flight) due to your failure to allow sufficient time for your journey.
5.b If your outbound flight is changed, please send us an e-mail to: info"at"viennatransfer.com to set up a revised time.
5.c If the service delivered is not what you ordered or is not performed, ViennaTransfer will refund you the price you may have paid and, if the service is not performed at all, we will refund to you the price paid in advance.
5.d If you have any service issues, you should direct them to us via email to info"at"viennatransfer.com and ViennaTransfer will endeavor to resolve all service issues within 30 days of notification.
5.e Please note that any complaints must be received in writing by ViennaTransfer within 30 days of the return booking date(if an outbound transfer only – then within 30 days of this date).
5.f It is the customers responsibility to travel with their booking confirmation which lists arrival & departure instructions and the relevant local contact number. This is made clear at the end of the booking process. ViennaTransfer accept no responsibility or compensation claims for any loss of service should the customer not travel with their booking confirmation.
5.g Furthermore ViennaTransfer is not responsible missing the flight due to bad weather conditions, any road constructions and blockings, accidents or any other reasons not related stictly to ViennaTransfer itself.
6. Modification and Cancellation
6.a If your holiday details change, you can amend your booking up to 24hours prior to your departure. We can accept changes only made via e-mail! Changes please send: info"at"viennatransfer.com
6.b You may cancel your booking at any time. The following cancellation policy will apply: 72 hours prior to arrival no cancellation fee applies. Cancellation made between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to arrival 50 % of the ordered services will be charged. Cancellation made later than 24 hours prior to arrival: 100 % of the ordered services will be charged.
7. Privacy Policy
7.a ViennaTransfer is committed to protecting your privacy and take the responsibility regarding the security of our customers’ information very seriously.
7.b In order to process your booking we do require certain information. This will include the name of the person making the booking, address, telephone number, email address, and your credit card number and expiry date. We also need to establish your flight details, destination hotel and accommodation. All of this information is collated for different reasons. Obviously we need to establish your holiday details to ensure your taxi is waiting for the correct flight and knows which hotel to take you to. Your telephone/Email address are required in to send your booking confirmation and contact you in the unlikely event of any changes prior to departure. We need your address to assist in processing your credit card transaction as proof of authentication helping prevent any potential fraudulent activity.
7.c Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality. SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected.
7.d ViennaTransfer collates your information solely for the purpose of making your booking and does not share, sell, trade or rent your personal information with anyone.
8. Security and Data Protection
8.a In addition and as required by the Hungarian Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given to us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
8.b Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computers hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. Cookies can be deleted from your hard drive if you wish. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to prevent that.
8.c By using the ViennaTransfer website, you consent to the collection and use of this information by VT in the ways outlined above. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the information that we collect, how we use it and in what circumstances we disclose it.
9. Liability
9.a We promise that all services you purchase from our website will be performed with reasonable skill and care and, as far as reasonably possible, in accordance with our agreement. We will do our best to ensure that all materials and information published on our website are accurate, please note that all materials and information on our website are provided on an "as is" basis.
9.b The services are provided to you for private domestic use only and this is a consumer contract. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any business loss (which includes without limitation any loss of contracts, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of anticipated savings in expenditure or any loss or corruption of data) however caused, even if foreseeable. This exclusion does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence and for which our liability is unlimited.
9.c If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the direct costs you incur which are a foreseeable consequence of our failure. This limit does not apply to any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence and for which our liability is unlimited.
10. General
10.a If you wish to rely on any variations to these Terms and Conditions, you should ensure that such variations are agreed with us in writing as soon as possible.
10.b We may transfer or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.c We may alter these Terms and Conditions from time to time and post the new version on our web site, following which all use of our web site will be governed by that version. You must check the Terms and Conditions on the web site regularly. The terms governing the purchase of any service will be the terms in place at the time of your order.
10.d These Terms and Conditions together with the privacy and cancellation policy, any order form and payment method instructions, if any, are the whole agreement between you and ViennaTransfer. If you intend to rely upon any variations or other statement made by VT or any other person, you should ensure that this is agreed in writing with us as soon as possible.
10.e A person who is not a party to our agreement has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of another party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
10.f If any provision or term of these Terms and Conditions shall become or be declared illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason whatsoever, such term or provision shall be deleted but all other terms will remain valid.
10.g These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by the laws of the relevant part of the Hungarian Republic and the relevant Courts of the Hungarian Republic shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising between us in relation to this Agreement.
10.h Neither you nor ViennaTransfer will be held liable for any failure to perform any obligation to the other due to causes beyond your or ViennaTransfer's respective reasonable control.
10.i Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
11. Notices

11.a.b to you at either the e-mail you provide during any ordering process.
11.b Notice will be deemed received when an email is received in full(or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt).
12. Replacement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the privacy and cancellation policy, any order form and payment method instructions, if any, replace all other Terms and Conditions previously applicable to the use of our website and/or sale of the service.
